Dias Tras Dias, is the result of an eleven-month journey across the Americas, from Peru to Alaska. Conceived as a travel diary, Dias Tras Días develops a subjective photographic language informed by the legacy of documentary photography. The body of work brings together black-and-white and color analog images, gathered day after day, away from spectacular events.

Magnetic Walk, it unveils a mysterious tale in which illusion and surrealism activate a collective imagination. Each image creates an enigmatic atmosphere, where landscapes unfold and open up new spaces conducive to dreaming of a world with a strange magnetism. This encounter with the simulacrum allows me to create a universe where reality and the surreal become indistinguishable, or almost so.

Les Murmures du Silence tells a perpetual waltz: that of the cycles of rocks and water. Every mineral grain, every mountain, every cliff speaks to us of the slow sculpture of time and the forces of nature. The rocks fragment, transform, and metamorphose: this is the beginning of a long journey.

Lorem Ipsum...
Celles et Ceux, is an ongoing analog photographic project developed in Guatemala that explores rituals as spaces of living memory, questioning the connection between life and death through gestures, objects, and symbols rooted in everyday life.

[ ENG ]

Born in 1992, French photographer and art director Thibault Belouis has developed a visual language at the intersection of the travel diary, territorial exploration, and poetic documentary. Trained in graphic design at Penninghen in Paris, he first immersed himself in image culture as an iconographer before devoting his practice to fieldwork and immersion.

His work explores the intimate relationship between memory, environment, and human traces. Through long-term journeys, notably his emblematic body of work Días Tras Días, created across the American continent, Thibault Belouis captures the sensitive dimension of both built and natural landscapes. His compositions pay particular attention to suspended atmospheres, portraying the architecture of places and everyday life with a raw and unembellished authenticity.

Recognized by the emerging art and photography scene and selected for international artistic residencies, particularly in South America, he has developed a refined aesthetic grounded in simplicity. Through a subtle treatment of light and texture, Thibault Belouis reveals the quiet poetry of the spaces he encounters, situating his work within a contemporary meditation on travel and territory.
